Bayaaya Specialty Coffee is thrilled to share exciting news from the Uganda Small Scale Industries Association (USSIA) Mbale Zone. This month, USSIA Mbale members gathered to elect new leaders who will drive the association’s mission of supporting and empowering small-scale industries across the region.
During the democratic and vibrant voting process, members elected a new leadership team, who were officially sworn into office following the elections. Among those elected was our very own Ms. Meridah Nandudu, Managing Director of Bayaaya Specialty Coffee, who was voted in as the General Secretary of USSIA Mbale Zone.
The elections showcased the commitment and unity among USSIA members, with active participation from a wide range of local business owners, entrepreneurs, and industry leaders. The swearing-in ceremony marked a fresh start, energizing the association for future growth and collaboration.
Congratulations to Ms. Meridah Nandudu and the entire newly elected USSIA Mbale leadership team! We look forward to seeing great strides made toward supporting small industries in Mbale and beyond.
